Tecno Camon Slim: Specifications, Features and Performance

The Tecno Camon Slim is a 5G smartphone designed for users who want a large AMOLED display, capable cameras, strong battery life and a lightweight body. Also known as the Tecno Camon Slim 5G, the phone combines a 6.4mm design with a 6,000mAh battery.

The smartphone was announced on September 2, 2026 and released in September. It runs Android 16 with HIOS 16 and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The Tecno Camon Slim also features a 144Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 32MP selfie camera, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and 45W wired charging.

Design and Build Quality

The Tecno Camon Slim measures 162.6 x 77.3 x 6.4mm and weighs 171g. Its 6.4mm thickness gives it a slim profile while keeping the weight relatively low for a phone with a 6,000mAh battery.

It comes with dual Nano-SIM support and has an IP68/IP69K rating for dust and water resistance. The phone is also MIL-STD-810H compliant, although Tecno notes that this does not guarantee ruggedness or protection in extreme conditions.

The Tecno Camon Slim is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e, a 6nm chipset with an octa-core CPU.

The processor combines four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.5GHz with four Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 2.0GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G610 GPU.

The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The supplied specifications do not state whether the storage can be expanded with a memory card.
