How to get 10GB for free on MTN Nigeria

Great news as MTN is now dashing out free 10gb worth of data to every mtn user that upgrade theirs SIM card from 3G to 4G network. Previously, it used to be free 4gb that MTN gives for the upgrade, but now they have increased it to 10GB. 

This is not a cheat or trick, it is 100 percent legit and every mtn users are eligible. In addition to the free 10gb data, you all get 100% double data bonus for 3 months when you do any subscription. This means that if you subscribe for 2gb, you will be given extra 2gb for free which makes it 4gb. Isn't this awesome. 

How to get the free 10gb data

• Upgrade your 3G SIM card to 4G by visiting the nearest MTN shop
• Tell them you want to upgrade SIM card to 4G 
• They will register you and give you a new SIM card still with your same number 
• After registering and getting the new 4G SIM card, insert it into a 4G enabled device 
• Text "4G" to 131 as sms
• Your line will be credited with 10GB 

Note: Validity of the free data is 30 days and it only work if your phone 4G is activated and active. 

For those that have already upgraded their SIM card to 4G, there's is still something for you. You can participate in getting the free 10GB by doing the following:

• Download MyMTN App from Google Play Store 
• Open the app, click the navigation button at the top left side of the app
• Click on "Free Data" and select "Refer 4G Data"
• Input the phone number of any body you know that is still using 3G SIM and Send Invite 
• It will be recorded on MTN that you referred the person and once the person upgrade his/her SIM to 4G
• You will be given 1Gb data for free

Refer 10 persons and you will get 10GB data for free.
