  • To start using your windscribe app, select a country of your choice (some countries are locked till you upgrade to Pro).
  • Click "Connect". When it gets connected successfully, minimize the app and go to your browser and start browsing.

To confirm inorder to see if the app is really working, just try out this simple procedure:
Before you turn on and connect your windscribe app, first go to your browser, on the search bar type in "what is my IP address". Google will bring out your IP address based on your current location. Write out the IP address somewhere, then go back and open the app, connect to any location e.g Honk Kong or US Central, minimize the app, go to your browser search bar and type in "what is my IP address" when you click enter, it will show you your IP address but it will be different from the first one you checked earlier.
This is because your location has been changed, therefore your IP address will change.
Now you can have access to countries with high restrictions on non-citizens, thanks to Windscribe

If you have any problems relating to the use of this app, pls feel free to comment in the comment section and I'll be here to assist you swiftly.

UEFA Champions League: Real Madrid vs Liverpool Full Match Report

UEFA Champions League: Real Madrid vs Liverpool Full Match Report

Image result for real madrid vs liverpool

Real Madrid won their third Champions League in three attempts thanks to a superb performance from Gareth Bale off the bench that saw him score twice. It was a game sold as Mo Salah versus Cristiano Ronaldo but when the former went off in the first half with a shoulder injury, it was up to someone else to be the hero. And Bale fit the bill.
Liverpool started better than their opponents and had a couple of chances early on as Real Madrid weathered the storm. Sergio Ramos collided with the Egyptian, Salah, and he fell to the ground in tears just minutes after it looked like he would carry on.
The exit of Liverpool's best player gave Real Madrid impetus and they were close on a number of occasions at the end of the first 45. Benzema did have the ball in the back of the next but he was offside in the build-up. And Liverpool survived the scare.

When they appeared for the second half, Real Madrid were even more lethal in attack. Isco hit the crossbar before Benzema pounced on a loose throw by Karius and rolled the ball home in what has to be one of the stranger goals you'll see in the Champions League final.
Sadio Mane, who stepped up when needed in place of Salah, poked home a header as he levelled matter just minutes after the opener.
If Benzema's goal was strange, Bale's was superb. He landed a chilena after coming off the bench to give Real Madrid the lead yet again and with minute remaining, he drove a shot towards the German keeper and it slipped through his hands.
That's how it would end for Real Madrid as they claim three in a row and 13 European Cups in total in their history.

Mohammed Salah Might Miss World Cup Due To Dislocated Shoulder

Mohammed Salah Might Miss World Cup Due To Dislocated Shoulder

Image result for salah

The Champions League final in Kiev was supposed to be a clash between Mo Salah and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Salah had done so much to get Liverpool to the Champions League final and many wondered whether Marcelo and Los Blancos could keep him quiet.
In the end, Real Madrid managed just that, with Sergio Ramos taking up the mantle of villain in chief.
The incident that stunned the world took place on 25 minutes of the Champions League final.
Sergio Ramos and Mohamed Salah tussled for the ball, the Real Madrid defender managed to fall on the Liverpool star’s shoulder with all his weight.

It will take some time for Salah’s injury to be confirmed, but the initial diagnosis is very bad indeed.
Salah has a dislocated shoulder according to a number of reliable sources.
These include the BBC and BT Sport.

If it is a dislocated shoulder, and Salah could not continue despite attempting to, then the Liverpool star is out of the World Cup in Russia.
It goes without saying that Salah is Egypt’s most important player and was the man who guided them to the World Cup.

A Comprehensive Introduction To Programming Language

The field of coding is constantly evolving to keep up with all of the new applications, computers and digital devices that are developed every year. Hundreds of programming languages now exist, with new ones emerging all the time.

Kotlin, Rust and Julia. No, not the names of pet dogs. These three are just a tiny example of the number of programming languages available - today, there are over 250 of them.

So why do we need so many ways to communicate with machines? Why won’t just one do?

The reason is that it’s much quicker to communicate in languages that are built for a specific task, rather than to use a generic one for everything. And as computer programming has evolved, so have the ways that coders build programmes.

It’s similar to the specialised technical languages that have developed in different industries. Doctors need specific terms to talk precisely about patients and medical conditions, just as engineers have a specific language to communicate about design and materials.

Let’s take a look at the fundamentals of coding in more detail and some of its most common applications.

The most basic language that computers understand is called ‘binary’. You might have heard this term before. Binary code is made up of ones and zeros, and these are the only characters that the language uses. It’s easy for computers to understand but incredibly difficult for humans. So not even the best coders write programs using it. Instead, they write in their preferred programming language and it gets converted into something a machine understands.

We can categorise different programing languages using something called ‘levels of abstraction’. The lower the level of abstraction, the closer a language is to the ones and zeros of binary, which is more difficult for humans to master. And the higher the level of abstraction, the further away it is from binary, and the easier the language generally is for us humans to use and work with.

Let’s look at an analogy that will help us to understand what abstraction is.

Imagine you’re designing a house. It’s much faster and easier to draw a basic sketch, outlining the shape, the materials, and the fittings, than it is to go into detail about every nail, brick, and plank of wood. As long as you communicate the essence of that house, the architects and builders will fill in the gaps.

The basic sketch is equivalent to ‘high-abstraction’, or a high-level programming language. It’s still the house, but a simplified representation of it. A high-resolution model or a detailed set of blueprints for the house would be the equivalent of ‘low-abstraction’, or a low-level programming language. While this offers a much more comprehensive representation, it’s also far harder and more labour-intensive to design.

Let’s look at some languages at a low-level of abstraction:

‘C’ and ‘Assembly’: Computers can understand them relatively easily. This means they can translate the code very quickly and they don't need much memory power to run programs. This makes ‘C’ and ‘Assembly’ perfect for building smaller computers that tell devices such as cars, digital watches, thermostats and traffic lights how to work.

Languages like “C++” and “Swift” are written at a higher level of abstraction. These are easier for people to work with, but a little resource intensive for machines to read. Coders use these languages to build things like the mobile, tablet, and desktop apps that you use on a daily basis. These languages are really versatile as they need to perform lots of different tasks.

Managing data is another important application of coding, as the amount of data we produce on the planet increases. Coders use higher-level languages like “SQL” (pronounced “sequel”) to capture, store, analyse and sort that data in lots of different ways.

If you look at how a social network application is coded, then behind the photos, updates, and likes is a huge database that securely stores data from its millions of users. By manipulating the data with SQL, social networks can recommend friends, target ads, and show you relevant content.

But, the most commonly used programming language in the world is "JavaScript". Whenever you're on a web page and you see a game, interactive chart, or lots of moving elements, you're seeing JavaScript at work. In fact, 95% of the 10 million most popular web pages use it. JavaScript is a 'scripting' programming language, which is a family of languages designed to be as friendly as possible for coders.

Now that we’ve explored some of the applications of code, take some time to research the computer programs you use on a daily basis. Put on your detective hat and search online to see which languages were used to build them, and what’s happening behind the scenes.

To wrap up, there are many programming languages out there, each used to achieve different goals. A mix of low, mid and high level languages enable coders to write for a range of purposes, whether it’s C and Assembly to program smaller computers and devices, or SQL and JavaScript to manage databases, and JavaScript for bringing interactivity to websites.

Regardless of the language, the goal of programming is always the same: to instruct a computer to complete a specific task that will help you to do things faster, easier, and more effectively.

What Is Code And How Does It Work?

What is code?

Code is sets of rules and instructions, written in a specific programming language, that helps us talk to machines.

Just as humans speak different languages, so do machines. There are hundreds of programming languages, each suited to different tasks.

Coders are people who understand and work with these languages on a daily basis.

So, what does a coder do? Coders are the architects and builders of the digital world. They use code to create programs that run on most of the machines you see and use every day: from laptops to phones, TVs, cars and internet-connected fridges.

In fact, the device you’re using right now to listen to this lesson has a complex program that makes sure the screen, speakers, microchip and ‘you’ work together in harmony.

To build these programs, coders write small sequences of tasks that they want the machines to perform. We call these sequences ‘algorithms’.

For example, cars, have computer programs that monitor all of their systems. An algorithm within a car’s program could be the following: “If a button is pressed on the car’s dashboard, make the engine status appear on the screen.”

The amount of code can range from just a thousand lines, which a simple mobile phone game would need to run, to over 2 billion lines, like the code that powers Google’s search engine.

Let’s focus on one of the world-changing applications of code: the World Wide Web.

Did you know the Internet and the Web are actually different things? In fact, the World Wide Web is just an application that's been built using the Internet.

Let’s break this down further: the Internet is a global network of connections between computers that allows them to transfer information between each other. We use the Internet to send emails, make calls, watch videos and access the Web through browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

The Web, on the other hand, is a collection of billions of pages of information that have been made using code. The most well known programming languages on the Web include HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).

Imagine the Internet as a city, with roads and cables connecting everything and everyone together. Inside this city, the buildings represent the Web. Some of these buildings are libraries that store information, some are cinemas where we go to watch films. But all of them are made out of bricks, or coding languages.

So how do coders use these languages?

Well, when you click on a link or type a web address, you’re actually asking another computer to send you an HTML file. That file contains the information your browser needs to display a web page.

Although you immediately see this page of content as visually complete, your browser actually receives hundreds of lines of HTML code telling it exactly which text, images, videos and spaces to display, and where.

CSS is an additional coding language that shapes the visual style of a web page. If HTML defines ‘what’ is displayed, then CSS defines ‘how’ it’s displayed. It makes sure that colours, fonts, and other style choices are applied to a web page before you see it. This is useful when working with lots of HTML pages. Instead of coding the visual style into every single page, you can just make one master CSS file and link each page to that.

Now that we’ve explored the basics of coding, from computer programs, to algorithms, to HTML and CSS, it’s time to continue your learning. Try your hand at writing a bit of code yourself: it’s not as difficult as you might think

If You Are O+ Positive, You Should Be Eating These Foods

Many people wonder whether personality is influenced by blood type or not. Well, the blood group you belong to can give a lot of insight about you. Different lectins present in supplements and foods stimulate your cells based on your blood group.
This is perhaps the reason why the nutrients that are harmful for people of one blood group are beneficial to another. The author of the bestsellers “Eat Right for Your Type” and "Live Right for Your Type", Dr. Peter D'Adamo thinks an o positive blood type diet that can help people with type O blood to live a healthy life.
img
The antigens present in blood determine the blood type of a person. Antigens, A and B are present on the blood cell's surface and works as markers in the body. People with blood type o positive have an Rh antigen as well as A and B antigens present in the plasma. Type O is the most common blood type and is often sought out for blood donation as well because type O blood can be donated to people of any blood types without fear of rejection.
Type O is the basic and oldest types of blood. The characteristics that make the people of this blood group unique are an overactive immune system, inability to digest glue-containing products, intolerance for environmental and dietary adaptation and a hard digestive system.
img

Beans

For people in the O positive blood group, foods that restrict the production of the thyroid hormone are very harmful. The production of the thyroid hormone in people with O type blood is generally very low and they are always having trouble with their thyroid gland. This is why we are giving you an account of the beans:
  • Beans are highly beneficial for people with type O positive blood and should be included in the o positive blood type diets, which include black-eyed, azuki, aduke and ainto.
  • Green peas, pea pods, red soy, string and snap are examples of beans that do not have any harmful nor any beneficial effect on people with Type O blood.
  • The beans that are harmful for type O people and must be avoided at all costs are green and red Lentils, tamarind, kidney beans and copper Beans.
img

Lean Meat

A high protein diet that includes organic meats is good for people in the O blood group.
  • You can get the protein you need from venison, mutton, lamb, beef, veal and fish like cod, mackerel and herring. Seafood is best for the type O group as it contains a high amount of iodine in it which is helpful for regulating the thyroid glands.
  • However, bacon, pork and goose are the meats that must not be included in O positive blood type diet. Eating smoked salmon, pickled herring, octopus, caviar and catfish is also not recommended for those with type O blood.
  • Since people with O blood group can digest meat without any problem, eating a vegetarian diet is not a good option for this group.
img

Vegetables

  • The vegetables that are beneficial for people with type O blood are spinach, broccoli, kale, romaine lettuce and collard greens as they are rich in vitamin K. Vegetables like leeks, onions, garlic, artichokes, pumpkins and parsley can also be included with an o positive blood type diet.
  • Brussels sprouts, cabbage, mustard greens and cauliflower are some of the vegetable that the type O group should not eat as they impair the thyroid function. Fermented olives, alfalfa sprouts and shiitake mushrooms must be avoided by type O's as they inflame the digestive tract. Eggplants, potatoes and corn should be avoided as well by this blood group.
img

Fruit

  • Foods that balance the digestive tract's acidity like figs, prunes and plums are best for the type O blood group.
  • However, D'damo asserts that cantaloupe, melons and honeydew must be avoided by these people because they have mold in them. Besides, oranges, strawberries, rhubarb and blackberries are also not recommended.
  • Coconut is also not advisable for people with the O blood group as it can inflame their stomachs which could be already irritated.
img

Beverages

  • People in the O blood group should include wine, green tea and Seltzer water in their diets. These beverages have anti-oxidants that can help in promoting digestion and maintaining your health.
  • Highly caffeinated drinks and black tea are not recommended for people that have O positive blood type.

Types Of Food That Is Suitable For Your Blood Group

The blood type diet, also known as the blood group diet, was popularized by a naturopathic physician called Dr. Peter D’Adamo in the year 1996.
His book, Eat Right 4 Your Type, was incredibly successful. It was a New York Times bestseller, sold millions of copies, and is still wildly popular today.
In this book, he claims that the optimal diet for any one individual depends on the person’s ABO blood type.
He claims that each blood type represents genetic traits of our ancestors, including which diet they evolved to thrive on.
This is how each blood type is supposed to eat:
  • Type A: Called the agrarian, or cultivator. People who are type A should eat a diet rich in plants, and completely free of “toxic” red meat. This closely resembles a vegetarian diet.
  • Type B: Called the nomad. These people can eat plants and most meats (except chicken and pork), and can also eat some dairy. However, they should avoid wheat, corn, lentils, tomatoes and a few other foods.
  • Type AB: Called the enigma. Described as a mix between types A and B. Foods to eat include seafood, tofu, dairy, beans and grains. They should avoid kidney beans, corn, beef and chicken.
  • Type O: Called the hunter. This is a high-protein diet based largely on meat, fish, poultry, certain fruits and vegetables, but limited in grains, legumes and dairy. It closely resembles the paleo diet.
For the record, I think any of these dietary patterns would be an improvement for most people, no matter what their blood type is.
All 4 diets (or “ways of eating”) are mostly based on real, healthy foods, and a huge step up from the standard Western diet of processed junk food.
So, even if you go on one of these diets and your health improves, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it had anything to do with your blood type.
Maybe the reason for the health benefits is simply that you’re eating healthier food than before.
